  Absolutely poor disgraceful service. These 2 women behind the counter absolutely did not care about the service they were providing paying customers. They were rude, unapologetic and filled with excuses after excuses for the poor service they gave me. They charged me over $100 for a small mailbox for which they never gave me the key to. Every time I inquired as to when I would be able to receive my mailbox key, by coming into the store or calling in, their reply was whenever we get to it. I got horrible excuses as to why they didn't have my key; like "I forgot my wallet", "I didn't have time". "there is only two of us in the store". It seems if one person is manning the store the other person can go out and get a copy of my mail box key. Getting a copy of a key shouldn't be that difficult. On top of that they weren't even apologetic for not having the key on the premises at the time I payed for the mailbox. Then the lady tells me I shouldn't be upset because apparently nobody gets their keys when they want it! What kind of service are they providing when it's common to charge people for a product and service and not provide the product or service! That is inexcusable! If you own or are running a business be responsible stop making excuses!!! Horrible Experience!!! Stay Away From this AIM Mail Center location.
